Hormone, Wellness & Weight Loss Provider | Medical Director

Jessica Jacobson is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in comprehensive men’s and women’s health, with a strong focus on hormone balance, metabolic wellness, and preventative medicine. Her background spans internal medicine, women’s health, and acute care—giving her an integrated understanding of the physical and hormonal challenges adults face across the lifespan.

Jessica is passionate about helping patients feel their best—physically, mentally, and hormonally—through individualized, evidence-based care. Whether optimizing hormones, supporting long-term wellness, or managing complex conditions, she empowers patients with the knowledge and clarity they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Jessica and her husband, Jared, are proud parents of twin teenage boys. She enjoys fitness, reading, basketball, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Brooke Taylor, RN, BSN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Brooke Taylor is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a background in dermatology, surgical care, and pediatric nursing. Her experience across multiple areas of healthcare has given her a strong foundation in patient assessment, safety, and individualized care.

Brooke previously worked in dermatology where she assisted with a variety of skin-focused procedures and treatments, helping patients improve both skin health and confidence. Her clinical background has developed her attention to detail and thoughtful, patient-centered approach to aesthetic care.

She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Brooke believes aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty while maintaining balance and authenticity.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and exploring skincare and self-care routines.

Hannah Sickles

Licensed Esthetician

Hannah is a Licensed Aesthetician and waxing specialist with a background in both aesthetics and healthcare. With a passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for, and a refined approach to skincare and body treatments, Hannah is dedicated to delivering elevated, results-driven services that blend clinical precision with a luxurious client experience.

Specializing in customized facials and advanced waxing techniques, her treatments and services are thoughtfully designed to enhance natural beauty while prioritizing skin health, comfort and confidence.

With certifications in both microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, Hannah continuously refines her craft to remain at the forefront of the beauty industry. Her approach is rooted in discretion, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping clients feel their most confident— creating a serene, polished environment where clients can relax and rejuvenate.

Outside of work, Hannah is a busy mom of 3 children. She enjoys reading, traveling, and going to music concerts and comedy shows.

Corissa is the welcoming heart of Ageless Med Spa.

With eight years of office management experience and six years working in healthcare settings, she keeps the clinic running seamlessly while making every patient feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

Corissa has extensive hands-on exposure to skincare treatments and medical spa operations. This background allows her to support both patients and providers with a level of insight and confidence that elevates every visit. Her natural warmth, organization, and dedication create a smooth, stress-free experience start to finish.

Outside of Ageless, Corissa is a busy mom of two toddlers. She loves camping, boating, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.
